Green Diamond Court Invite

I'm opening Green Diamonds Court for other people to include their gemsonas/SU Fan characters. Just look over the info and fill out the form. You can comment with the filled out form or upload the form with a picture of the gem you're submitting and link me to it in the comments.
I'll include the members in art revolving around the court, and if the court has enough members I might do some events and contests based around that particular court.

Diamond Summary: As the only Diamond Sister to continue an active role in gem society after the forming of the Diamond Authority In Era 1, Green Diamond has the most recognition as a active figure in the gem community.Her Court serves as a police force for gem kind outside of colonies, meaning if a Gem commits a Crime in space, or on a planet not owned by the Diamond Authority, that gem will have to answer to Green Diamond for her crimes. Green Diamonds role is effectively the chief of police as well as the Judge for more extreme crimes. She is strict, but also compassionate.

Colony Summary: Unlike most Courts, Green Diamond does not own any planets, so her colony is located on a Mothership. The ships is divided into 3 sections: The Crime
department where the members of the court work, judge cases, and hold criminals in a customizable jail cell.  The Social department, which is  like a hybrid of a mall and Hotel, giving member of the court a place to unwind and rest. And finally, the Central Department between the two, where the ship is piloted and Green Diamond Spends most of her time.

Court Mentality: Every gem in this court is part of it by choice, and this means every gem has atleast some level of drive to do their job. For some it's Justice, for others it's truth, many Pearls have joined the court to put their skills to use as something more than just a servant, even if they have to work for it. In general the gems in Green Diamonds court all have a passion that drives them to play their part.

Hierarchy: Occupation based. Gems start as Rookies or Pilots and work their way up. From highest to lowest the jobs are:
Green Diamond(oversees the entire court, commands the Pilots for the Mothership, Serves as judge for Higher Cases)
Judges(Make the final calls on criminal punishment)
Defenders (basically lawyers; highest job Pearls can have)
High Gaurds (serve as executioners or as part of a Swat-Team-Like Group, also guard the cells of more dangerous gems.)
Deputy (Keep watch over their respective sections of space, decides who to send out in each situation)
Guards (Make arrests, Gaurd the cells; highest job rubies can have)
Detectives (Investigate Crimes, can make arrests and interrogate culprits, Equal to Guards in most scenarios.)
Rookies (Newbie Guards, Usually paired with a Gaurd or detective)
Pilots (Fly the mothership or operate the smaller ships. Answer to specific gems.)

Backstory:Two of the few gems made specifically for Green Diamond, they became close and decided to serve their diamond as a fusion.
Quote: "If you don't want to be shattered right now, take back what you said about My Diamond."
Extra: Her status as a cross gem fusion is only known to members of the court. Younger members of the Court see her as a big sister type mentor.

Appearance: Messy hair covering her Single eye, 
Backstory: Made as one of the 11 Original heralds, Jade was selected to serve Green diamond.
Quote: "Hah! You think I didn't know that? Thats Funny! You're Funny! Isn't she funny?"
Extra:Her role as a herald technically makes her higher ranked than the judges but her role in the court mostly resembles that of a Deputy-Guard Combo. She also likes to tease the new members by claiming to be Green Diamond.
